Assistant/Deputy Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Books of Accounts.
  • Filing Income Tax, TDS returns.
  • Depreciation and other statutory workings.
  • Preparing Financial Statements.
  • Billing, Invoicing and finalization for payments processing.
  • Preparing Budget and financial planning.
  • Coordinating with other team members and consultants for completing the work.
  • Preparing Sales Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation statements.
  • Monitoring of debit and credit notes related to sales and purchase.
  • Handling audit with direct coordination with Chartered Accountants or Certified Public Accountants.
Requirements:
  • B.Com Hons. (Minimum Requirement), M.Com and MBA Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably English communication.
  • In depth knowledge of accounting and taxation.
  • Experience in Finalization of accounting.
  • Good ERP experience and expert knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, etc.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in day-to-day accounting.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience (Post qualification).
  • End to end accountancy with an experience of handling a team of 3-5 persons.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST.
  • Registrar Of Companies (ROC) compliance.
